
Courtney Henderson has over 5 year’s sommelier and management experience working in the hospitality industry. After completing her sommelier certification through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers she landed the coveted Sommelier position at the Fairmont Royal York where she spent two years building their wine program.
For the past year she has put her passion and knowledge into Frank at the Art Gallery of Ontario where she helped create and implement Frank’s locally inspired wine program. She is in charge of and an advocate for an exclusive VQA wine list which has brought many accolades amongst the wine & food community.
